Goals:

  • Development of an AI-supported liquid biopsy procedure
  • Focus on Extracellular Vesicles (EVs) which contain and carry cancer-specific protein signatures from minimal blood samples
  • Early cancer diagnosis and therapy recommendations (AI).
  • The reference-free, highly sensitive PICO-assay serves as the basis for the testing of liquid biopsy samples in a microfluidic device by Hahn Schickard.
