- QIAGEN QIAcuity® (All Models): 100% automated workflow. Run your PICO assays using standard QIAcuity nanoplates, export the raw data, and upload directly to PIQuant® for instant, reference-free quantification.
🟡 Supported via Early Access & Technical Support
These platforms are fully capable of running the PICO biochemistry. Data analysis currently requires minor software translation or technical assistance from our team.
- Bio-Rad QX200™ / QX600™ (Beta): The assay workflow is fully validated. Automated data extraction for the PIQuant® software is currently in Beta.
- Bio-Rad QX700™: Fully compatible assay workflow. Automated PIQuant® analysis file formatting is actively supported by our technical team.

- Thermo Fisher Scientific Digital Precision System: Preliminary Data Available. Initial feasibility studies show excellent molecular compatibility with the PICO assay chemistry.
- Roche Digital LightCycler®: No Data Available. Technical evaluation has not yet been initiated.
